This website is an independent marketing page for Mira Ocean Estates, a development by Mira Developments in Salalah, Oman. It is operated by Obaco Homes Real Estate LLC (RERA ORN 39478), a licensed brokerage based in Dubai, UAE. This is not the official website of the developer, and Obaco Homes is not the developer of the project.

2. Informational purpose only

All content, including prices, payment plans, availability, renders, floor plans and completion dates, is provided by the developer or compiled from marketing materials and is indicative only. It may change without notice and does not form part of any contract. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, investment advice, tax advice or a guarantee of rental income or capital growth.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED) as provided in the developer’s price list, starting from AED 550,000. Any Omani rial (OMR) figures are approximate conversions for convenience. Final prices, fees and taxes are confirmed in the developer’s reservation documents and sales and purchase agreement.

4. Intellectual property

Mira Ocean Estates, Mira Developments, Richmond, Trussardi and all related names, logos and renders are the property of their respective owners. They appear here solely to present the project. The Mira Ocean Estates wordmark and wave monogram used in this site’s header were created for this website and do not reproduce the developer’s official branding.

5. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate but accept no liability for errors, omissions or decisions made in reliance on this site. Before committing to a purchase, verify all details directly with the developer and take independent legal and financial advice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
