1. Who we are

This website, mira-oceanestates.com, is operated by Obaco Homes Real Estate LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage registered inDubai, UAE (RERA ORN 39478). We market the Mira Ocean Estates project in Salalah, Oman, as an independent brokerage. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

2. What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property type you are interested in and any message you choose to add. We do not use advertising cookies, and the site sets no tracking cookies of its own.

3. How we use your data

Your details are stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and used to send you the project brochure, prices and availability, and to follow up on your inquiry by phone, email or messaging apps. We may also share your details with the developer, Mira Developments, where that is necessary to reserve a unit or complete a purchase you request.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

5. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with our CRM provider (Zoho), the developer where required to progress your purchase, and authorities where the law requires it. Data may be processed on servers outside your country; our providers apply recognised safeguards for such transfers.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us at +971 43 351 005 or writing to our office. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
